Pronounced (blahsnh-deh-shahm-blee). Blanche de Chambly has an alluring pale golden color,effervescent foam and a subtle bouquet of spice and citrus notes. It is a mildly malty, slightly sweet and refreshingly thirst-quenching.

Cathederal Square Belgian-style Abbey Ale (6.5% ABV ) 22oz

This Abbey Ale is brewed using five malts, two hop varieties. Imported Belgian Candy Sugar and authentic Trappist Belgian Yeast.

Golden in color with a hazy appearance and a strong head, the flavor is a combination of hops and yeast with hints of muscat and raisin.

Chimay Grande Reserve – Blue Label (Belgium, 7.0% ABV) 11.2 oz
Belgian strong dark ale. Aroma is yeasty, with floral touches. Strong flavor, accentuated with touches of roasted malt.

Chimay Premiere – Red Label (Belgium, 9.0% ABV) 11.2 oz
Copper-colored, fruity beer with a creamy head. The taste is a balance of fruit and astringent notes.

Cooper, Lager (Australia, 5% ABV) 12 oz

A straw gold, slightly hazy, with a small head of foam that’s fading fast. It smells of sweet malt, grain, and a touch of hop.

Crown Valley (Antique Amber Lager, St Genevieve, 5.5% ABV) 120z

Deep brown chestnut color. Not quite opaque, but pretty close. Mellow dark malt flavors with a smooth sugary finish. Mild hop balancing.

Crown Valley, Old School Pilsner, (St. Genevieve, 5.6% ABV) 12oz

Bohemian Style Pilsner, German Malts and generous amounts of Czech Saaz. Big hop aroma and flavor.

Delirium Nocturnum (Belgium, 8.5% ABV) 11.2 oz.
Belgian strong dark ale. Brown/deep red in color with a foamy head. Yeast, cherry, vanilla and wood aromas on the pour, with spicy, moderately bitter flavors on the palate.

Delirium Tremens (Belgium, 9.0% ABV) 11.2 oz
Belgian strong pale ale. Aromas of citrus, bread, alcohol and spices combine with flavors of banana bread and biscuits that finish with sharp citrus notes.

Dirty Bastard, Scotch Style Ale (Grand Rapids, Michigan 8.5% ABV) 12 oz
So good it’s almost wrong. Dark ruby in color and brewed with seven varieties of imported malts. Complex in finish with hints of smoke and peat, paired with a malty richness and a right hook of hop power to give it the bad attitude that a beer named Dirty Bastard has to live up to. Ain’t for the wee lads’.

 

Fat Tire (Colorado, 5.2% ABV) 12 oz
American amber/red ale. Toasty, biscuit-like malt flavors are balanced by fresh hop notes.

Hitachino Classic Ale (Japan, 7.5% ABV) 11.2 oz
This Japanese Classic Ale is brewed following the original India Pale Ale brought to Japan in the 19th Century. It is slowly matured in Japanese cedar casks which are commonly used in the brewing of traditional Japanese sake.

Hoegaarden (Belgium, 4.9% ABV) 11.2 oz
The modern day original Belgian white. There are a number of imitators but none have really attained the perfect balance of sublety and complexity that Hoegaarden makes seem so simple.

Kells Irish Style Lager (Oregon, 5.2%) 22 oz
Smells like honey, with a wheat and minor pils aroma. Does not dominate palate. Has a fresh straw taste, with a light fruitiness and finishes with a nice wheat backbone and subtle crisp apple.

La Chouffe (Belgium, 8.0% ABV) 11.2 oz
Belgian golden ale. Double fermented, but unfiltered and unpasteurized. Substantial head, spicy aroma on the pour. Light, fruity flavor with hints of spice. Good ‘starter’ Belgian.

La Fin Du Monde – Strong triple-style (Canada, 9% ABV) 12 oz
Pronounced (la-faeh-doo-mohnd). La Fin du Monde has a brilliant golden color with vigorously effervescent foam. It is midly yeasty with a complex palate of malt, fruit and spice notes followed by a smooth, dry finish.

Left Hand, Haystack Wheat (Colorado, 5% ABV) 12 oz
Medium bodied, unfiltered wheat beer with classic accents of banana, cloves and nutmeg.

Left Hand, Sawtooth Ale (Colorado, 4.48% ABV) 12 oz
Amber Ale with a balance of malt and hops. Opens with nutty, caramel flavors followed by the herbal earthiness of hops.

Left Hand, Milk Stout Ale (Colorado, 5.9% ABV) 12 oz
