Maple Jam Band plays an upbeat, eclectic mix of rock, blues and an occasional country tune. Always engaging, whatever the music genre. Their repertoire runs the gamut from Buddy Holly to Creedence, from Jimmy Reed to Taj Mahal, and from Johnny Cash to Marshall Tucker. They once opened for rock icon Leon Russell. Missouri Breaks features hard-driving, new grass rhythms and rock-solid bluegrass grooves, along with high-powered rock-influenced vocals and blistering, adventurous solos, featuring long-time Missouri musicians, Mike Aehle (banjo, vocals), Ray Cardwell (bass, vocals), Joel Ferber (Mandolin, vocals), Andy Ploof (guitar, vocals). Nancy plays a great mix of American folk, Keltic folk, Blues and original songs, and plays a variety of very cool instruments:  Hammered Dulcimer, Guitar, Tenor Banjo, Mandolin, and Auto-Harp!  We love her melodic style and think she is a gem!  It is a pleasure to listen to the different instruments and melodies-perfect to relax with a glass of wine.
